What this covers
These terms cover your use of this website. Subscriptions are taken through Stripe; while the pricing page shows no subscribe button, founding-cohort places are applied for by email and confirmed by us. Either way the subscription itself is governed by a separate service agreement, which we provide before your practice's records go anywhere near the system. Where that agreement and this page differ, that agreement wins.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site, use the interactive demo, and get in touch. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to send anything unlawful.
What the site says about the product
The Status section on the home page states what runs today and what does not. It is the claim we stand behind; the surrounding marketing copy is a description, not a warranty that a particular feature will exist in a particular form. Anything the Status section lists as not yet in place is not yet in place.
The demo in the page header is a mockup, not the product. Its data is invented and its screens are a reduction of the real application.
Prices
Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude any applicable tax. The price shown on a plan is the price charged for it, whether that is taken through Stripe or invoiced after an emailed application. Professional is priced per branch, so the amount depends on how many branches you run.
Founding-cohort pricing is a discount on the first year, after which the standard rate applies and is held for three years. The cohort is ten practices and closes when the tenth is taken. A subscription is refundable until you confirm your migration slot in writing. Enterprise is quoted, not listed, and assisted migration is quoted separately on the hours involved.

The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to Nexometry. Please don't reproduce substantial parts of it without asking. Quoting us with attribution is fine.
Liability
We publish this site in good faith and keep it accurate, but we provide it as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information here rather than on the service agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Singapore law applies to your use of this site.
